With this new feature, passengers will now be able to spend less time at the primary inspection kiosks (PIK) on arriving at the airport, thereby leading to shorter wait periods at the border.Ĭurrently, the Advance CBSA Declaration feature is available at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), Montreal-Trudeau (YUL), Winnipeg Richardson (YWG), Vancouver (YVR) and Halifax-Robert Stanfield (YHZ) airports. Personal data submitted by passengers through ArriveCAN is protected under the Privacy Act, with the Advance CBSA Declaration also having an additional privacy notice that is presented to users when they access the feature. ![]() Declaration submitted by the international passengers is only finalised once it is certified at the airport kiosk. ![]()
